All done! Tracy participated in the Issaquah Triathlon with her team, TeamFASTT, whose encouragement comes from Hebrews 12:1, "...and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us."

The two Tracy's from TeamFASTT. This was Tracy C's first triathlon...way to go! :)

One of the best parts of doing triathlons is the food afterwards! We decided on Maltby Cafe for a hearty brunch.
