Harry Potter
and the Deathly Hallows

After much anticipation, the final book of Harry Potter finally arrived on July 21, 2007. We reserved our copy at Barnes & Noble in Woodinville, where waiting outside in the rain wasn't much fun. But sacrifices must be made.
Here is a local dressed as Professor Trelawney. Who knew she had two kids?
It was a magical day, indeed.
The wait is finally over.
Scott starts reading immediately, lest he hear rumors that spoil the ending. He read until the wee hours of the morning.
And after a little rest, continued the story at breakfast.
He spent the entirety of his day reading...
...and reading,
while Tracy spent her day kayaking! She wanted to go to the Trails Fest at Rattlesnake Lake. Scott consented, as long as he could read.
Once we got back home, you guessed it, more reading!
