Julia Visits!
Tracy was so excited to have Julia, her long-time friend from high school, come out to visit. It was a long overdue reunion, and we had fun, starting with going to see Snoqualmie Falls.
Tracy and Julia at the top of Snoqualmie Falls, before hiking down to the bottom. It was a little steeper than Tracy remembered...we didn't quite make it back up to the top! Thank goodness there's a way to drive to the bottom.
We also did some outlet shopping. We found some fun aprons at a kitchen store, and even had an employee take our picture. Julia's apron says "Queen of Everything" and Tracy's says "Le Gourmet Chef." How fitting.
On a different day, we visited some wineries and had a picnic, complete with a bottle of Columbia Winery's Cellermaster Reisling we had just purchased.

We ate lunch at Chateau St. Michelle, where there are always peacocks roaming the grounds.
