Autumn Fun

One of the first things we did together after we first met was make caramel apples. We wanted to make them again, this time with friends.
We used caramel that we got from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, which sells gourmet caramel apples. We had grand visions of making something akin to theirs.
They might not have looked the best, and we had a hard time finding sturdy sticks, but we still had fun, and they still tasted great.

Autumn is also the season for Tracy's birthday. She turned 28 this year, with carrot cake as the dessert of choice.
We celebrated Tracy's birthday by going dancing.
Heather and Andrew came with us. They don't dance much, but they were good sports.
Another autumn festivity is Thanksgiving. We stayed at home this year, inviting a few friends over to celebrate.
This was our table centerpiece, created by our friend Kristina. Though she couldn't be with us, her presence was there!
First to arrive...Heather, Andrew, and Alina!
Then Tyson and Andrea
And finally Eric. He wasn't too thrilled about the picture welcome.
The table is set.
Tyson prepares the mashed potatoes.
Scott carves the turkey...he's getting to be something of a pro at this.
Everyone enjoys food and fellowship.
After dinner, we hung out and played the game Apples to Apples, always a great crowd pleaser.
